Potential suppliers are identified and evaluated based on the requirements of the transaction — including product specifications, capacity, location, and relevant compliance factors.
RFQs & Supplier Comparison
Where appropriate, multiple suppliers may receive Requests for Quotation so WeSource can evaluate commercial and operational options on your behalf.
WeSource Commercial Quotation
Supplier sourcing results are converted into a clear WeSource commercial offer — presented to you with pricing, terms, timeline, and relevant conditions.
Buyer Review & Approval
You review the quotation, terms, timeline, and commercial requirements. Your advisor is available to answer questions and clarify any aspect of the offer.
Production & Quality Coordination
Once commercial requirements and required payments are completed, WeSource coordinates supplier communication, production monitoring, and appropriate quality-control activity.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
WeSource helps coordinate logistics information and relevant parties as the transaction moves toward delivery — working with logistics providers to support the movement of your goods.
